When the weather warms UP, this simple, refreshing, guacamole recipe will

cool you down

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 avocados

  • 1/4 c red onion (diced)

  • 1/2-1 squeezed lime juice

  • 1/3 jalapeño diced (seeds add heat)

  • 5 sprigs of cilantro (roughly chopped)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

RECIPE

Prepare all ingredients as listed above and add to a bowl. Mix and mash together with a fork, leaving the consistency you like. Enjoy with some homemade tortilla chips or share with friends!

TIPS

  • Add as much or as little as the onion, jalapeño, lime or cilantro as you like. These ingredients are so fresh that you’ll be able to taste individually. So add how much you like!

  • How you cut/chop/dice each ingredient also adds the texture you prefer. Chunky vs smooth.

  • If you like a lot of spice, keep the seeds of the jalapeño to add in. If you don’t like spice, remove them all together.
