Our date night at home proved that homemade pizzas can beat even the fanciest 5-star restaurant. this recipe will make for a perfect night in.

RECIPE

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare the pizza dough according to Weisenberger Mill package. Let it rise for 30 minutes.

  2. While your dough is rising, prep your toppings by cutting them how you prefer.

    • Example: We sliced our mozzarella into thick cuts. Thinly sliced the onion and Rough chopped the mushrooms.

  3. Once your dough has rised and you’ve rolled it out, add your toppings.

    • Tip: make your pizzas on your preheated pizza stones for easier transport.

  4. Bake your pizzas accordingly to the dough package and enjoy!

    • Roughly 20-3o minutes.

INGREDIENTS

  • Weisenberger Mill pizza (1 package : 1 pizza; just add water)

  • Pizza sauce (we used Rao’s)

  • Toppings of your choice

    • Boar’s Head pepperoni & salami

    • Murray’s Cheese mozzarella

    • Red onion

    • Mushrooms

    • Spinach

    • Olives

    • Parmesan cheese
