I discovered a gem of a brewpub— Red Yeti —in Jeffersonville, IN.

My meal was a twist on “girl dinner”. I ordered two appetizers: brisket tacos and truffle fries.

As you can tell from the vibrant ingredients, the corn tortillas were generously filled with smoky brisket, chipotle aioli, pickled red onion, and a sprinkle of cilantro. If my meal doesn’t come out looking like the rainbow, I don’t want it!

I also ordered a side of their chimichurri aioli, which absolutely lived up to the hype.

The truffle fries were golden and crispy, with the unmistakable flavor of truffle in every bite. Trust me, pairing them with the roasted garlic aioli is non-negotiable. I can’t wait to go back!
